What I love most of all about Christmas is getting to watch lots of Christmas films all snuggled under a blanket nice and cosy because they always have a happy ending. So, I thought I would create a list of my favourite Christmas films to share with you all, and so maybe you can watch them if you haven't already!

Okay, so The Grinch is my all-time favourite Christmas film ever, and I know the script off by heart. I remember for my 6th birthday I had a party at my local cinema with all my class mates and this was the film we watched, and I fell in love with the film and have watched it countless times ever since. I would also recommend reading Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas too!

This film is absolutely hilarious, as Billy Bob Thornton plays an excellent drunken bad santa (hence the film title) who forms an unlikely friendship with a friendless bullied child. I cannot recommend this film enough, and I guarantee you will laugh your socks off. But it does contain a lot of foul language, so I wouldn't put this on to watch with any children!

Another absolutely hilarious film that follows the story of Tim Allen and Jamie Lee Curtis who plan to 'skip Christmas' that year, but to find out that their daughter is coming home for Christmas so they must frantically try to turn all their mishaps around. This film makes me laugh so much, and the part with the hickory honey ham gets me every time!

What's Christmas if you don't sit and watch Home Alone 1 or 2? It's on television every year, so I always have an excuse to watch it. It's turning into a classic Christmas film full of funny shenanigans after a young boy is 'home alone' at Christmas. "Merry Christmas ya filthy animal."

I basically want to be Buddy the Elf every year when Christmas rolls around. This is such a funny film once again, and Will Ferrell will have you in stitches with his comedy. Not sure that I could eat what he does for breakfast though.

"JAAAAAAMIEEEEE" Okay, so if you haven't seen this film you won't know what I'm talking about, but if you have then you'll know! Arnold Schwarzengger is brilliant in this film, and you can't help but laugh at the hilarious shenanigans that entail as Schwarzenegger is on the hunt for a toy for his son.

Another funny film by Tim Allen as he accidentally takes on the role as Santa Claus in this film, much to the delight of his son. Such a good family film to watch!

Once again, what is Christmas without watching Die Hard?! For all those action fans, this would probably be the Christmas film of choice for you, and an excellent film it is at that! "Yipee ki yay ..."

Another film that I love to watch during the Christmas season. I remember the first time I watched this film, and I completely loved the Mogwai in this film (so cute). But, you must remember to never feed your mogwai after midnight...

You must love this film, especially at Christmas. It's so heart-warming and funny, which follows the intertwined stories of nine people. Of course, it is a rom-com, but having one little guilty pleasure of watching this film at Christmas isn't so bad, is it? Men secretly love this film!

Another guilty pleasure rom-com here! This is another nice heart-warming film about an English woman and an American woman who swap homes over the Christmas period, only to fall in love and live happily ever after.
So, there you go my favourite Christmas films that I will be watching throughout the next few weeks. Which Christmas films are your fave?
